Please PLEASE PLEASE!!! if you’re going to go to ANY animal hospital in Salisbury, let it be this one. This is going to be a long but worthwhile review.
I had an emergency with my Mini Aussie today, I drove to 3 different vets in the area, all of which told me they were “too full” or they wanted $500+ just for my baby to be seen and seemed as though they had zero compassion. In the midst, she was vomiting, lethargic, & other things that aren’t the prettiest.
I called hysterical & they were able to fit me in & they were SO kind about the situation.
My Aussie was seen almost instantly & they even remembered who I was and the situation when I got there. The technicians were absolutely phenomenal and treated her with so much care & patience.
Mercedes was so sweet and gave me so much reassurance that she was going to be okay. The price of this place compared to the others is INSANE (in a good way).
She was given a shot for her nausea & an exam to make sure she was okay.
I left that place with so much peace of mind knowing my baby was okay & taken care of. She is now home & resting well and for that I cannot thank this place enough. This will be her vet from this day forward!

This place is awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My cat was having issues breathing and a consistent cough. She was diagnosed with asthma and had an upper respiratory infection. They were there every step of the way! She was on medication for a few months and then switched to an inhaler she takes daily! She has been doing great ever since and we will be coming up on a year with no issues in January *knock on wood*! They were also super understanding and worked well with her because she is a very spicy kitty at the vet, unfortunately. Shout out to all your staff! You guys are awesome!

We are so grateful for Winterplace Animal Hospital. They help us with all of our pets, and even sent us a wind chime to remember two of our pets that passed away.

This place cares about dogs! My dog got a fishing hook in his nose and the staff here were so generous and kind and swift with care. They are fair and gentle. Don’t go ANYWHERE else but here. ❤️ thank you so much . An answered prayer.
